Bryan Biggins has a big problem...
His life has been turned into a video game. When he crashes his bike, he loses a hit point. When he finished his homework, he gets xp. And when things go way wrong--and with Bryan it happens more frequently than it should--he gets the same flashing message:
INSERT COIN TO CONTINUE
If he can just survive the day without running out of chances (or loose change). But how do you even manage when there are zombies invading your English class and the gym turns into a combat zone? When the teacher's lounge becomes a monster's lair and the act of crossing the street becomes a Froggerish sprint of death? And what do you do about the bully who threatens to "finish you" after school? Or the girl you can't even talk to?
How do you even win when you don't know what you are playing for?
